For registration, please select the individual Ballet level to access your dancer's available class(es)
During this one-hour and fifteen-minute class, young dancers will learn the foundation of ballet and artistry. Classes will include warm-up at the barre and creative movement in the center. Nine and ten-year-old dancers who are new to ballet should enroll in the Ballet 1 class.
Ballet 1 Class on Thursdays @ 4:00 p.m. until 5:15 p.m.
This hour-and-fifteen-minute class will focus on the foundations of ballet movement at the barre and center through strength building and artistry. This class is perfect for older beginner students who are looking to start ballet, or younger students who are motivated dancers who want a challenge. Nine and ten-year-old students who have taken a ballet class within the past 24 months should take the Ballet 2 class instead of the Ballet 1 class.
Ballet 2 Class on Thursdays @ 5:45 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Ballet 2 students may also be invited to enroll in the Strengthening and Conditioning Ballet class. Students who have taken class previously with Elaia will be provided a specialized enrollment link if they have been invited to enroll in the Strength and Conditioning class. The hour-and-thirty-minute Ballet 3A & 3B class focuses on mastering and strengthening the foundations of ballet as dancers work towards more complex and dynamic ballet movements. This class is ideal for young, ambitious dancers and older beginner dancers.
Ballet 3 Class on Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m. until 7:45 p.m.
Ballet 3A students may also be invited to enroll in the Strengthening and Conditioning Ballet class. Students who have taken class previously with Elaia will be provided a specialized enrollment link if they have been invited to enroll in the Strength and Conditioning class. These students are at an intermediate-advanced level, having a foundational understanding of ballet basics and already comfortable with more complex and advanced ballet movements.
Ballet 3B students may enroll in the Ballet 3A & 3B class and the Strength and Conditioning Class.

Specialized Classes
(Please note these classes are invitation only for Ballet 2-3B students. Please talk to your instructor if you have an interest in one or both of these classes)
Strengthening and Conditioning ballet class taught by Juliet Sage, designed to strengthen dancers' endurance, stamina, and technique. This class is ideal for Elaia students or experienced adult dancers hoping to grow stronger and more confident in ballet.
(Coming Soon - Not available in the Fall)
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet class for Ballet 3B students and above, and adult dancers with previous ballet experience looking for a recreational class.
Elaia Academy offers two classes for experienced adult dancers, available for semester enrollment or drop-in attendance. Adult dancers are welcome to bring their pointe shoes or modify combinations to suit their difficulty level. Not available for Fall.
