Pre-Ballet meets on Mondays from 5:45 p.m. until 6:30 p.m
"Biblically Centered Training with a Focus on Excellence and Diligence"
Pre-Ballet is our youngest ballet level that Elaia offers. Students in this class will learn ballet foundations through relatable visuals, fun analogies, and creative movement. There will be a mixture of ballet at the barre and at center and possibly some circle time stretching. This class is 45 minutes.
Students three-and-a-half to five years old are welcome to join the Pre-ballet class. If your dancer is not quite three and a half but is interested in taking the pre-ballet class, please reach out to our instructors at info@elaia.academy. Many of our pre-ballet students are younger than three and a half and have no trouble adjusting to class expectations. However, we ask that you reach out to us first to discuss whether this would be a good fit for your dancer.
For fall of 2026, we offer one fourty-five minute pre-ballet class on Mondays. The capacity for this class is ten students. Once capacity is met we will no longer accept registration for this class.

About Warm Ups:
These garments that are not part of the ballet uniform are used to help dancers’ muscles warm up while they prepare for class. They are permitted for all levels only at the barre until the teacher instructs dancers to remove their warm-ups for class. While Elaia Academy does not currently possess strict guidelines on warm-ups, they should be lightweight, flexible, and not too baggy, with the intention of keeping the dancer warm while they prepare for dancing in the center. Prohibited articles include: coats, outdoor jackets, sweatshirts with a hood, shoes, socks, jeans, pants loose around the ankles, heavy skirts, belts, gloves, scarves, or hats.
